Hi, I'm Keith Ramsay
I founded FlexConnect because I kept seeing the same problem: capable, hard-working business owners spending their evenings on paperwork, worrying whether their contracts were right, or putting off writing a risk assessment because they didn't know where to start.
As a highly experienced operations and commercial leader with over 30 years of experience across retail, facilities, and project delivery, I set out to provide the kind of support that is only accessible to larger organisations — at a price suitable for a sole trader or a team of five.
Based in Dundee, I work with clients across Tayside and Fife, both in person and remotely. Whether you need a one-off document or ongoing monthly support, I'll treat your business with the same care I'd give my own.
